Shipping & Delivery

We accept only prepaid orders & offer free of cost shipping for orders above Rs 299/- A nominal fee of Rs 40/- will be applied for orders below Rs 300/- All orders will be processed on the next working day and usually delivered within 2 to 7 working days based on the delivery location. We ship through reputed courier partners to urban & sub-urban locations. For rural locations, the products will be delivered via India Post.
Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
All food items are non returnable. We take great care in packaging the food products, so it reaches you in best condition. In case, if the products reaches you in damaged/tampered condition, do inform us at Whatsapp +91 9840388103 within 24 hours of receiving the package (as determined by tracking) Rest assured, we will either send a replacement free of cost or your amount will be fully refunded in the same form that the payment is received within 5 working days.
Tracking your Order
Upon successful placement of order, you will be receiving order confirmation in your registered email id. Once the order is shipped, the shipping details with tracking ID will be shared to you via Whatsapp or SMS to the mobile number mentioned in the order. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order and before the product is shipped. Do send cancellation request via Whatsapp +91 9840388103 along with your order id. In case, if the order is within cancellation window, your request will be processed and the amount will be fully refunded in the same form that the payment is received within 5 working days.
