Shipping & Delivery
- We accept only prepaid orders through our website.
- Free shipping is offered for orders above ₹299/-.
- A nominal shipping fee is applicable for orders below ₹300/-.
- All orders are processed on the next working day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 working days, depending on your location.
Delivery Partners
- We ship through reputed courier partners for urban and sub-urban locations.
- For rural and remote locations, delivery is handled by India Post.
Important Notes
- Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details entered during checkout are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- In case your area is not serviceable by courier or post, we will contact you to find an alternate delivery method.
Order Tracking
- After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email at your registered email ID.
- Once the order is shipped, the tracking ID and courier details will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS to the mobile number provided in your order.

Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
As our products are perishable and food-based, we do not accept returns.
We take great care in packing our products securely. However, if your order arrives in a damaged or tampered condition, please follow the steps below:
Steps to Raise a Replacement/Refund Request:
- Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the package, as per the courier tracking data.
- Send us a message on WhatsApp at +91 98403 88103 with:
- Your order ID
- Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
If the damage is verified:
- We will either send a replacement at no extra cost
or - Refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Note:
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
- Refunds will not be processed for dissatisfaction with taste or personal preferences.
Order Cancellation
- Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet.
- To cancel your order, send a request via WhatsApp (+91 98403 88103) along with your order ID.
- If the order is still eligible for cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 working days.
